Guests typically receive detailed check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival, including how to access keys or entry codes. Check-in times usually start at 3:00 PM local time, while check-out is generally by 11:00 AM. Checkout instructions will be provided in advance, often including reminders to tidy up a bit, dispose of trash, and return keys. Guests can notify the host once they have left, either by message or app notification. The process is designed to be smooth and convenient for both guests and hosts.
Amenities vary by listing but typically include essentials like fresh linens, towels, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, and free parking if mentioned.
